1. My account page
On this page, you can have access to all of the information pertaining to your user account: contact details, login information to access the platform, reference parking, driver’s license number, etc.… You can update these information if you need, to notify the the administrator of any change.
The My bills page allows you to have a look at all of your bills for the car sharing service. It gathers their references, issue date, the corresponding contract and their amounts including taxes and VAT. By clicking on the magnifying glass icon, you can have a detailed view of every bill.
Thanks to this tab, you will be able to manage your expenses in a more efficient and autonomous way, and export your bills when necessary. It is the perfect solution to make your life easier!
If you have a personal contract, you can credit your account to pay for your nights and weekends reservations. On this page, you can see the current balance of your contract and credit it (if the bank details were beforehand completed on the payment platform chosen by the company).
A transaction history is also available in order to check every financial movement performed.
The messaging service tab gives you access to a classic inbox listing all of your exchanges with your administrator or our support service.
The messaging service allows you to quickly and easily report: a problem noticed with a vehicle, the loss of an object inside the passenger compartment of the vehicle or else the find of an object lost by another user.
